Booking Requirements
Deposit: A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, applied toward your total session cost.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with detailed preparation instructions within 24 hours of booking.
Scheduling: Appointments are available Monday through Saturday, with morning and afternoon time slots.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
24-Hour Notice: All approved cancellations made with 24-hour notice will be issued as store credit or may be applied toward a future appointment reschedule. No cash or card refunds are provided.
Same-Day: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit, as this prevents other clients from booking.
