Soursop Leaf (Guanabana) 2oz

Soursop or Guanabana is a fruit that has its origin in the forests of South America, Caribbean, Africa and Southeast Asia. The soursop fruit is known for its nutritional value and health benefits. It contains certain natural compounds which may be beneficial for boosting the immune system, may support the digestion and may support skin health.*

Directions: Add 3-4 dried soursop leaves in 16 - 20oz of water.  Bring water (with herbs)  to a boil over a medium fire for 10 mins, then reduce to low and simmer for another 5 minutes. Strain and pour into cups. Add sweetener if needed. Drink twice a day
