Recommended Usage:
Herbal Detox: Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening, preferably with meals but not needed
102 Minerals: Take 3 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach or with meals.
Liver Cleanse Tea (30 days into Starter Pack): Add at least 1 tbsp of tea in 16-20oz of water. Bring water (with herbs) to a boil over a medium fire for 10 mins, then reduce to low and simmer for another 5 minutes. Strain and pour into cups. Drink twice a day as needed. Add honey if desired.
Kidney Support Tincture (30 days into Starter Pack): Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper to 6oz water, tea or juice. Take 2-3 times a day. Best taken between meals
