You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package ships, via the email or phone number you place your order with. Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, if you can’t find your shipping confirmation. Please note it can sometimes take up to 3 days for your tracking link to update. Also, please keep in mind that during COVID-19 months, shipping may take a few days longer than normal. Please choose shipping selection according to your needs but please be mindful that your package may not arrive on time due to COVID-19's circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped and confirmed by USPS or UPS that it has been delivered to your location and you have not received your package, we recommend that you contact your local USPS postal office or UPS and provide them with your tracking information so that they are able to further assist you. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order or if your order was stolen. It is important that the customer provides us with the correct shipping information. If your package gets returned back to us because of the wrong shipping address, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping charge to send the order again (if there is a perishable products, customer is also responsible for the cost). If the package was sent to incorrect address and not returned to us, we will not replace nor refund the customer. Also, you have 24 hours to report if your items were damaged and you must send us a picture so that we can investigate. After 24 hours of no notification, we cannot issue a refund nor a replacement. All Irish Moss Gel orders are made-to-order. Please allow 1-2 day processing time and due to the nature of the product we do not ship over the weekend. We want it to be the freshest possible for you. If an order is placed on Thursday, Friday or during the weekend it will ship the next business day or no later than Tuesday. This item is made to order and frozen prior to shipment. It's packaged with non-toxic cold packs to ensure freshness.
Once again, please understand once we've shipped your package off, extensive shipping days are out of our control. Please take this into consideration. We are doing everything we can to meet our customers’ needs.
International Orders: Aztlan Herbal Remedies is not responsible and will not issue refunds for any international shipments that are lost or taken by customs.
