How to use:
Baja Gold is the perfect replacement for standard table salt or refined sea salt. Use it wherever salt is called for.
Because Baja Gold is naturally harvested, a low level of moisture remains. This may impede flow in shakers. We recommend seasoning by hand if this occurs. Baja Gold also now offers an Adjustable Grinder, and a larger Grinder grain size for use in Grinders (look for ‘Grinder Refill’).
Baja Gold can also be used to support healthy hydration. Mix 1 tsp. of Baja Gold with a gallon of drinking water to support hydration and natural energy throughout your day.
