Our salves are handcrafted with natural oils, butters, and beeswax, so they may soften or melt during warm weather or while in transit. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, effectiveness, or beneficial properties of the product—it may only change its appearance.

If your salve arrives soft or melted, leave the container closed and refrigerate it for a few hours (or freeze for 10–15 minutes) until it firms up. On especially hot days, we recommend refrigerating your salve before opening to help restore its original texture.
