Cascara Sagrada has been used traditionally by Native Americans for washing the bowel, and one of the best herbs available that may help with chronic constipation. Cascara Sagrada contains compounds called anthraquinones, which may help in peristalsis – an action to do with contracting the colon walls that gives you an urge to go.

2.) Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper to 6oz water, tea or juice.
Take 2-3 times a day. Best taken between meals
