Every jar is made fresh to order to ensure you receive the highest quality product possible.

• Please allow 1–2 business days for preparation before your order ships.

• Because our Sea Moss Gel is a perishable product, we do not ship over the weekend to prevent packages from sitting in transit.

• Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will typically ship on the next available shipping day (Monday or Tuesday).

• Before shipping, each jar is frozen and carefully packed in an insulated shipping box with non-toxic ice packs to help maintain freshness during transit.

❄️ About the Ice Packs

Each jar is frozen before shipment and packed with insulated packaging and non-toxic ice packs. Depending on weather, transit time, and your location, the ice packs may arrive partially or completely thawed. This is normal and does not automatically mean the Sea Moss Gel has spoiled. Our gel is specially formulated and tested to withstand normal shipping conditions for up to 3 days. If your gel arrives cool to the touch and shows no signs of spoilage, simply refrigerate it immediately upon delivery.

• Refrigerate immediately upon delivery.

• Shelf life is approximately 2–3 weeks when refrigerated.

• For longer storage, keep frozen for up to 6 months.

• We recommend storing only one jar in the refrigerator and leaving any additional jars in the freezer until you're ready to use them.
